I have A Hupmobile 1929 Model M. I am having a problem with power from the engine. When I shift from 2nd to 3rd it boggs down.Any suggestions I have tried to clean the spark plugs and adjust the UUr-2 Carb. But have had no luck. The engine is a straight eight.
