I get message from FROM MR. LIAO LI ZANG who sais to me that I must pay TAX CLEARANCE FEE for get money from my price which i get from Toyota corporation 500.000 US dollars. Is that true or it is lay from some crazy man. He asked me 697.00 US dollars.He also sais that he is part of Inland Revenue Department . Tell me please what can I do?

I am student and I do not have money.
