I filed the bankruptcy(chapter 7) in Federal Court in 2005. Bankruptcy was dismissed after creditors were paid off in full. Three weeks before bankruptcy I transferred the house to someone. Because of the time period the transfer was denied. The house was given back to me. But since the bankruptcy dismissed, the fraudulent transfer also dismissed.
The person I transferred the house before the bankruptcy he filed a motion in superior state court to get my house from me by judge's order. He was succesfull. Can state court has the jurisdiction over federal bankruptcy court's decision
