I cultured a strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae during two days in solid SC-U medium at 30ºC producing white-cream colonies. Then I leaved the plates in the fridge (4-6ºC)during one day and the colonies appeared pink coloured! Is this normal or I must suspect on contamination?
