I collected a specimen that was cloudy ( milky serum ), i measured the concentrations of lipids, the value was: Cholesterol = 6.3 mmol/l; Triglyceride = 15 mmol/l... But i can not measure ATS & ALT. I know that high conc of triglyceride interacts with transaminase, but what should i do now? Should i dilute 1/10 as the specification sheet recommendation? But that recommendation say that use that method when the conc of Transaminase is too high, over 500 IU/l!!!
I am sorry for asking this question, but i am only a GP, so it is difficult for me to understanding the biochemical field!
Thank you for your help!
