I bought a hi point 9mm c-9 luger. love the gun. but it has a slight raddle in the gun. WHAT IS THAT NOISE???

That noise is part of the saftey mechinism. it is normal for the gun to do so. if it doesn't rattle you would have a problem with your safty.
