I believe Durham is the prison where Rosemary West is held. I am doing research, for my own knowledge, on serial killers. I was always fascinated by the case of Fred and Rosemary West, and i would like to talk to Rose. From what i know, prisoners are allowed to recieve and send letters, and i was wondering, if i could do that, and if so, how exactly?
If anyone could help me on this matter, please do, it is very important to me.
