I been working in the US for almost 5 years as H1B Visa holder and I have a daughter was born here in US and she was holding Amrican passport. Unfortunately my company refused to process my green card application due to economic situation at this moment. My question is if there is other option or government program that I can apply my permanent resident without sponsoring my company.
