I am trying to find a certain 3 watch episode:

The plot is:
A newly wed couple is involved in a car accident. A huge steel girder has crushed their car and pinned down both of them. The wife is in serious condition, but the husband seens to be ok only he can't move because the girder is holding him down. Fire is unable to move the girder and all are waiting for a large crane to arrive. The paramedic, I think Kim, is trying to keep the man's spirits up and that help is on the way. As the plot unfolds it becomes clear to the medic that the man is seriously injured. His body has been severed in two and only the weight of the girder is preventing his blood from draining from his body. She finally tells him of his situation. The crane arrives and lifts the girder, the wife is pulled out, while the husband fades away listening to his favorite song that the medic has put on the player for him.

I can't seem to find this episode in all the internet lists. Does anyone recognize it?
