I am studying propulsion and I was wondering that,
When a chemical reaction occur in the burner, heat, O2, CO2, N2 will be the product ( When the combustion is ideal ). However, where does this heat go????

Is it like part of the heat will be carried by the product fluid; hence, this will increase the temperature of the product fluid ( increase in entalphy of the product fluid ) and the rest part of the fluid is carried is hot losses?????
