I am searching many of web sites but I can't find what I look for. In 1949 in Bulgaria the was a speeh from Stalin to communist youth in the magazine Reçnik na Agitatora

Did Stalin call the communist youth like this:

"Communist youth were the guardians of revolutions. They believed in these revulotions more than others. They adopted the management system and revolutions. If they hear anything that powerless these, they don't say" This country have polices, army"; they try to keep their own with stones, guns...
