I am reading some interesting things on the net and am wondering what is really (if any) is going on. More than likely, what I have read is propaganda, but here goes anyway.

I am reading that there are branches of military from other countries stationed at Fort Hood. Of course, there is a reason backing this up and that is what I feel is propaganda, but is this true about them being stationed on our base?
