Repending your sins is the most important thing a man ca dicide to make here on earth.
Repent it to Lord JESUS alone, He will forgive your sin, keeping your sins into your heart will not help you ,it will lead you to eternal death,

Repent to anyone you like as long as it's not your wife!
If she doesn't know, don't tell her! Be strong enough to live with yourself without involving her in your mis-steps.
