I am currently on the process of data gathering for my thesis with a working title of " the struggle of marikina for cityhood" one of the data that i needed badly was the summary of the plebiscite's result that was conducted december of 1996. i was able to contact the local comelec but unfortunately they do not have copies of the said document. i will be very grateful if anyone knows where i can look for them or even knows someone who can help me secure copies of the documents.
