I am looking for my family roots in Uniao de Vitoria; my great-gradfather settled there in 1800s - he was a doctor with the british who were buliding the railway - his name was Casimir Hominski - my grandmother was born in Uniao de Vitoria on June 3, 1914 her name was Bratomila Hominska - she had two sisters Tomira Hominska and Budzislawa Hominska and a brother Sedziwoj Hominski - my great-grandmother was Witoslawska Helena. They lived in Uniao da Votoaria till late 1920 s when they moved back to Poland. All the kids went to school in Uniado da Vitoria. I am planning the trip there to honor my grandmother who passed away 3 years ago but kept a deep love for Brazil all her life. I would like to know if there is anything in the history of town to have records of them. I appreciate any info.
