I am looking for information on a proposed town in Hamilton County...the name was to be Chillicothe and the year was around 1836. The town was to be built along the Indiana Central Canal that was to run from Noblesville to Anderson in Madison County. Jonathan Hougham owned the land that the town was to be built on.
