I am investigating conditions in which fog cannot occur using simple process of elimination and the simplest detection methods. Using only temperature and current relative humidity.
My questions are 1)Is there a level of relative humidity below which fog cannot occur, likewise 2) is there a temperature scale and relative humidity level at which fog will not occur.
Because of the simple means of my disposal, I am trying to ensure that if there is any chance of fog,I have a simple rule of yes or no, fog could/could not exist?
