I am having a hard time finding the actually treaty as it is written in 1963. Or, more particularly, a copy of the treaty that was adopted by the senate. I am trying to find out if this treaty applies to corporations as well as government entities. I am not interested in someones moral ideas or prejudices. I am just interested in the facts of the treaty. Thanks
