I am doing research in the F-101 Voodoo and I received an accident report on a T/Sgt.? that was involved in an accident on 1/19/66 with aircraft 58-295. The brief bit of information I got says that they were doing an engine run and at 100% he walked to close to the rt intake with him getting drawn into the intake.
