I am based in Namibia. As stibulated in the Namibian Constitution - Chapter 3 (FundamentalHuman Rights and Freedom).Is it correct that a special branch member open a file to investigate me while the constitution guaranteed me privacy and fundamental freedoms.I am a community activist and mobilizing the youth in the Karas region whereby we request the current leaders for better services such as education,healthcare,employment creation etc. Is it fair to be investigated while we held peaceful meetings or demonstrations? I believe that it should not be aimed at me as a private individual.
