I am applying for teacher certification here in the United States but one of the requirements is an original Letter of Professional Standing from the Ministry of Education or authorized licensing entity. I taught in the Philippines for almost twelve(12)years in the college level wherein teacher's license is not compulsory. Though I don't have license but I was able to complete the academic requirement leading to degree of Master of Arts in Education which was required for my position. Where can I get a letter of professional standing and a letter of authorization that says I was authorized to teach in the positions I held while in the Philippines?
