I am a young woman considering travel to El Salvador to visit a friend. Should I be concerned about safety and are there any medical condsiderations?
My friend is someone I met just 2 years ago during college.
His family (mom and dad and sister) lives in the united states, (as do I) He has been here to visit a few times and I have been to visit him (his family) a few times.
