I am a project based employee and our working hour starts at 7:00 o'clock in the morning and ends at 4:00 in the afternoon as written and agreed in our contract. We were ordered to arrive 15 minutes before the time to attend our daily toolbox meeting. Failure to attend and arrive at 6:45 would mean a written memo. Since we work in a construction business, we most of the time ended work late at night and worst at early morning. Our administrative officer is so strict that he wouldn't even consider a time for us to eat our breakfast after the toolbox meeting. Do they have the right demand 15 minutes before our working hours which is supposedly our time to eat our meals?
