I am a contractor working in South Korea on an Army Base. My company headquarters is located in the United States. What Department of Labor Acts apply to me? Many of the acts say they do not apply to someone working on a military base overseas. I think we are not getting treated fairly as far as wages and overtime and vacation hours.
