I am 68 years old. I am able to have an orgasm....usually by self stimulation...my spouse no longer enjoys or wants to have sex....

However when I climax I get an initial spurt of prostatic fluid but that is all. I continue to spasm but nothing comes out.

Is this normal for a man of my age or should I look into it? All the pleasure of climaxing is there and I certainly am not interested in fertility at my age.

I would appreciate any candid comments from either people who have a similar problem or can advise.
