1. To spite what many people were told at the point of sale, Timeshare does not increase in value.
2. The so called re-sale agents who take an upfront fee to market your timeshare exist only to take an upfront fee, that is their business and there literally dozens of them who have never sold a week.
3. No sales agent can achieve anywhere near the retail price of a timeshare when they are re-selling it on behalf of a client for a percentage of the sale that is less than 80%, it does not make sense as any timeshare marketer can purchase stock at between 10% and 20% of the retail price.
