I found this charm, and after going to a few places to find out info about it, i was directed to SCA by someone saying it was crafted by someone in the SCA. So was wondering if anyone here could tell me more. any info is appreciated.

It could have been some sort-of personal token that someone made for themselves or someone else. The Roman numerals on the bottom right side of the charm in the first picture might suggest that it was done at Pennsic War 34, which ran from Aug. 5 - 21, 2005. The "AS" on the bottom left might stand for "Arts & Sciences", one of the categories for any group of activities people do (there's Combat, Arts & Sciences, Heraldry, etc.). The "R" and "F" symbols on either side of the vertical portion look like rune symbols. The "F" stands for Ansuz, a symbol of good health, harmony, truth and wisdom. The "R" stands for Raidho, means travel, journey, vacation, relocation, evolution, change of place or setting, or gaining personal insight. As for the crown, that could have been a seal or symbol. Maybe it was a gift for a member of SCA Royalty. There's also the infinity symbols on either end of the Ansuz side.
I don't know who it was for, but there's a difference between a "favor" and a "token" in the SCA. Favors are usually given to acknowledge a significant other, like a boyfriend/girlfriend or husband/wife. Tokens can be given to anyone.
I can't tell you who made it, but those may be clues as to its purpose. I hope this helps, or you at least found it interesting.
