How would one go about locating one of these instruments for purchase? I've been looking for several years and have yet to find one for sale in a store, or on-line. One youtube poster gave me the name of a luthier in Chile, but all the links I can find to his site are dead -- and for all I know, he may be as well.

Any information that moves me closer to my goal of owning one of these things will be appreciated.
