How long after a pair enter the nest are the eggs layed?
Will the mated pair leave the nest and pick a different nest in between broods?
When checking to see if the young have fledged, do I dare approach the nest for fear of scaring away the mated pair?
I live in Hartford Wisconsin and just saw my first Blue bird of the year. I have my bird houses proped open to discourage other birds from nesting before the Blue Birds get their chance. How soon will they start to nest?
Do the males arrive before the females?
