I am looking at a house that is listed as an Earthship home designed for selfsustained living off grid.

My question is how do I go about having a home inspection on a house like this as I'm sure most home inspectors and trades people are not familiar with these setups.

What are things that I need to watch out for and what are the potentional problems with earthship homes?

Do most insurance companies insure earthship homes?
