Hi,my fiance fight with a guy,guy was injured but now hw is fine and my fiance is in jail,he is asian but he is citizen of canada.it was not planned fight,accidentaly that guy injured,so i want to know what is the canadian law for this type of case.please any one can tell me about this matter.thanks.
