i am doing purification of type of phospholipase A2 (plasma PAF-AH)
i have standardized activity assay using cayman kit
but i am looking for other chromogenic ester substrates such as p-nitrophenyl acetate.
i want to know that whether any nonspecific substrate for PLA2 exists...
