Hi to all who bother to visit, as it looks a bit empty here.
Have few questions about Gdynia: #1 - Orlowo. Was told that there is some relatively new development happening, good looking apartment buildings. No idea what the name of the complex is, all I know that it has been around for about 6 years. Yes, it is rather vague information, therefore asking for YOUR help. If anybody has any idea what place I am talking about . PLS, could U give me any hints about prices for 2/3 bedroom apartments there? Zl.,Euros or US$...
#2 - Also, any indications about average Real Estate prices in Gdynia? Still talking about 2/3 bedroom places. To be more specific = how much one would one pay for 2 br. place at ulica Legionow? Approximately 70 square meters, not brand new.
Is 2500zl per square meter a realistic price?
#3 - what kind of meal for 2 elderly, non drinking people
would 100 zl buy? Lunch or Dinner. I am aware that 5* Restaurants are out of the question, but is it possible to have an relaxing meal on that money?
The above are genuine questions. NO hoax here. I live on another side of the planet and have been fed so many 'fables' by people close to me (residing in Gdynia),I have no option but to double check the facts. This is my first time on this portal. Any information about Real Estate prices, every day living expenses, local transport etc will be appreciated.
