I want to know the following about open cast coking coal mines in USA:

1. What would be the capital expenditure involved for a mineable reserves of around 8 million MT;
2. What would be the operating costs of such mines having a overburden/stripping ratio of 20:1;
3. Where in USA you get the best quality coking coal.
