T-bone steak

Hi, i would like to sear a t-bone steak (1 inch) on a hot pan on both sides to give some brown colour then finish it in the oven to the desired degree of doneness.

I just want to know:

1. how long it has to be sealed on the pan on each side?
2. what temperature does the oven have to be?
3. also, what are the different cooking times for the different degrees of doneness (in the oven)?
