Hi. My name is Juan N. Trinidad, 66 years old with US SS#- 586-03-6193.
I used to be a green card holder resident of Guam. In 1988,I repatriated myself to the Philippines for reasons concerning my personal security. I have getting threats concerning my personal safety. I was apprehended and sentenced to a 5-1/2 year sentence and after 3-years of jail term, I filed a request for repatriation because of the said security threat. I was able to avail of the said petition.
Now,I am currently residing in the Philippines and would like to join my family in Guam. I would like to find out about the status quo of my former case if it would interfere in my desire to proceed with my plan to be re-united with my family once again in Guam.
