I’m looking for Queueing Theory Software which could be used for industrial purposes.

I would greatly appreciate your advice which of the Queueing Theory
Software would be the best for creating real-time model of validation process.

I would be very grateful if you could
point out the program which is commonly used in companies. Are adaptive models also supported by this kind of software?

Hello,

You can try ProModel. It's a simulation software, it computes the basic parameters for queuing (i.e. utilization, average waiting time, etc.)

There are two versions of the said software. The student model is free, however, it can only have 20 locations. But if you're interested, you could download it and try if it fits your needs before actually purchasing the licensed version.
