Hi I'm irish,I have an imported car which my government if forcing me to pay a vehical Registration Tax on. icannot legely own or drive the car untill I pay this tax of 1681 euro on a 1991 car which is only worth 2000euro.Under the treaty of rome is this tax not illegal ??
