Hi I would love to patent an idea, I have no where near the amount required or idea of other options.


In short I have an idea and I'm no business. I know its not patented yet and there is one other trying something similar. I have forum talk and web sites ( dated ) stating I first came up with the idea( and did ), and started to work on it. The two designs are not identical. I plan to sell these so I want to buy some time to do so. Doing a patent pending would help but I cant seem to see where to get started.
