I have a question regarding making decisions for vertical integration.

I need another example for this one:

Consistency with current business forms (Low)
Exclusivity of use (High)

In this case,whether or not to vertically integrate will depend on other factors such as long-term economics of the supplier business. So the decision would be more based on whether the company thinks that the supplier business can be profitable and therefore strengthen the company's current position.

E.g: should McDonalds make their own happy Meal toys?


I need another example in this case.
