Hi All,

I have been baking Ciabatta for a few years now and I am using a broken pizza stone 18" diam. which is not quite large enough. My oven dimensions are 18x22.
I have checked the net but can't find any suitable baking sheets or stones to fit.

Generally I bake 2 large loaves, or 4 medium size loaves.

What sizes do most of you use for baking Ciabatta?
