I'm busy with researching the Gastronomic side of the 1889 Paris exposition.
Are there any records you can assist me with of the type of food the 28 million visitors were catered with.
I did find info on restaurants in the area at the time with stats on optimal capacity/numbers.
Is there a specific link /website for Food & Beverage supplied over that period?
I aapreciate any guidance and dirction.
