Hi,

I have to use queuing theory to determine the optimum manpower requirement for a particular operation. However, the arrival process does not seem to follow Poisson Distibution. Nor did statfit give other distributions that fit the data. I wonder if it is still alright to use the M/M/s model or do I have to use another model? If so, what should it be?
