Hi,

I have no prior experience in HPLC. I have to purify peptides Secretin analogs (27a.as). I would be receiving with 70% purity of 10-14mg.I require 98% purity for the biological assays.

How do I proceed with this?

Do I have to run any standard to optimise and how?

I am in a very critical situation and I hope I would recieve a reply soon.
