My Buddy has an old revolver, that appers to be a webley revolver, maybe an RIC it has proof marks that consist of two crowns above a u, it also has 1990 stamped on the grip end cap near the lanyard hoop. It has black plastic or maybe something that looks like plastic grips, and an octagon barrel, not sure what caliber, maybe 32?
the only other markings is the number 90 on the frame.

Any ideas would be appreciated!
