Help??? My baby aspirates on thin liquids. I was told to use xanthan gum (among a list of expensive alternatives) when I use this recipe though it looks like snot (sorry) when I add it to her formula. Here is what I was told to do:
mix 3tsp of Xanthan gum to 8ox of water shake well and refridgerate. then add one tbsp of this mixture to 80z of formula...
the problem is that it doesn't dissovle in the formula it just stays gloppy? You can't heat formula anymore due to the probiotics in it. any ideas for me to try. I thank you in advance.
