Hello, my name is shajul and i am confused about osmosis:

I know that Water gets into a cell through the partially permeable membrane. But shouldn't the hydrophobic tails repel this from happening. Where are the tails when water is traveling through? And if water does not travel through osmosis because their hydrophobic tails don't allow it, then does it get into the cell through facilitated diffusion.
