Hello, my name is Tom and i found this item in Croatia, and nobody knows whot this is or was. Does anybody know what this was? It is the copper item with the F.V.Blucher. on the left and H.V.Wellington on the right in the midle of the item is a pier with the flame and inscription BELL ALLIANCE. There is a two holes on the sides and dimension ot the item is 7,8 x 5,6 cm. Thanks for help in advance.
