Try putting some small air space between the glass surface and the silkscreen so that the only the part of the screen being pressed down by the squeege blade is touching the glass at any one time. That should help avoid any off-set on the glass. You might also try lightly powdering the glass surface with baby powder and then blowing most of it off the glass before printing. This can sometimes help make a sharper edged image on smooth surfaces like glass but will tend to clog the screen after only a few prints. Lastly, you might try to find paints specially formulated for screening on glass. If none of that works, try spray paint and a stencil. Good Luck.

THE SCREEN IS NOT FULLY COVERED - YOU CAN USE MASKING TAPE OR JAPAN PAINT TO COVER THE UN WANTED HOLES OR SPOTS- TO ENSURE THE HOLES OR FULLY COVERED YOU CAN SEE IN BRIGHT LIGHT OR YOU CAN HAVE TEST PRINT ON PAPER

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT JAPAN BLACK PAINT WITH DILUTER CAN BE USED ON CANVAS.

ALSO I WANTED KNOW WETHER WE CAN MIX JAPAN BLACK PAINT AND ACRYLIC BLACK TOGETHER WITH DILUTER
