Hello everybody i am on a search for my possible step sister. we don't know much about her because she was born in either naples or Geta, Italy on august 6, 1986 her mother gave her upfor adoption without tell my father if he was the father of the baby(cassandra) she was adopted by a miltary couple, whom we know was abord the Uss stark when it was attacked, my father does believe he was one of the casulties in the attack. We believe the family was original from Va. i did see one soliders name who was from Va. (SA Jeffrei L. Phelps)from Locust Grove Va. we have been looking for her for many years.
